Cape Coral Vacation Rentals is the largest vacation rental agency with an office in Cape Coral. We are known both for a large selection of about 100 vacation properties as well as for our excellent service and personal customer care.

The company was founded in 2005 but really has existed much longer as part of Florida Homes Realty Group, a German-owned real estate office in Cape Coral. Since 1994, the company helped clients in buying and selling properties and also in renting them out seasonally. 

Since the rental business was growing in leaps and bounds in just a few short years, it made sense to separate the departments. Florida Homes Realty Group remains dedicated to real estate buyers and sellers, while Cape Coral Vacation Rentals focuses exclusively on seasonal rentals. Both companies are located in the same office and work closely together.

We personally select all of our properties.
