Built in 1995, the property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (one of them a pool bath), and was extensively renovated in 2009/2010. The furnishings are all new, and even the landscaping was newly designed. A tennis court and small park with playground are within walking distance. Cape Harbour with its restaurants, shopping and entertainment is also located in the vicinity.
